Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and should arrive within 7 business days.

Please don’t select express shipping for restocks or pre-orders. Pre-order items will ship on or before the specified date. There may be a change in the pre-order date due to high volume. In the case of additional items listed on a pre-order, we will not ship them separately; the entire order will be shipped together.

Please note: On occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. It is usually caused by routing errors or congestion during the holiday season.

KS Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO).
